CANCELLING A COURSE - OUR REFUND POLICY

As a consumer under THE CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS, if you change your mind about a course you have purchased online, you have 14 days from signing up in which you can cancel it.  This applies to online courses only.

 

 In good faith we provide the course for you immediately after you sign up and although legally your 14 day right to cancel is lost under the consumer contract regulations if the service is provided in full - we still operate a 14 day cooling off period as we quite understand that sometimes you may change your mind.

 

If you have started your course during the 14 days we will refund you the money proportionately to how much you have progressed on the course. I.e. If you have fully completed the course no refund will be given.

 

All bank and admin transaction fees are deducted from your refund irrespective of whether a course has been commenced or not as these fees are honoured by TDT UK for every transaction made from each client.

 

After the 14 day cooling off period has elapsed from the date when you purchased the course, no refunds are given.  If you are on a payment plan the same policy applies.  If you cancel a payment plan outside of the 14 day cooling off period, we cannot guarantee that your bank will not make the payments from your account in future.  The contract is between you and the payment provider not TDT UK.
